Join the Family of the
Queens Sickle Cell Advocacy Network, Inc.
and WALK FOR AWARENESS, EDUCATION, AND RESEARCH
ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th, 2009
Starting on 160th Street, the last stop on the E Train, Jamaica Center
between Archer and Liberty Avenues near York College
to Liberty Avenue turning onto Merrick and proceeding
to Roy Wilkins Park for closing ceremonies.
Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.
Walk begins at 10:00 a.m.
Advance Registration fee: $15.00
Register on morning of Walk-A-Thon: $20.00
